- 2 pkg. cornbread mix (I use Martha White yellow cornbread mix)
- 1 large can cream style corn
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can chopped chilies
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg Old English Sharp
Directions

1Mix together cornbread mix, corn and eggs.

2Pour 1/2 cornbread mixture in 9X13 greased baking dish.

3Add browned meat.

4Add chilies on top of meat.

5Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on meat and chilies.

6Lay cheese slices on top of grated cheese.

7Top with remaining cornbread mixture.

8Bake at 350 degrees until brown (about 30-40 minutes).
