  • 1 package Mild Sausage
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Mild Rotel

Directions

    Brown the sausage.

    While browning the sausage, mix the cream cheese and Rotel in a medium bowl.

    After sausage is browned, drain the oil off and then add sausage to the cream cheese and Rotel.

    Mix well, but leave chunks of cream cheese.

    Put mixture into 9 x 9 baking dish.

    Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes or until cream cheese is bubbling.

    Serve warm with crackers.
