- 4 c. water
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 to 4 green chili peppers, seeded and chopped
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

2Combine all ingredients, except salt and cayenne.

3Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat.

4Cook until tender.

5Add salt and cayenne last 45 minutes of cooking.

6Can be cooked in slow cooker for up to 48 hours.
