Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (32 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

Directions

    In Dutch oven, melt butter and brown meat.

    Saute onion, celery, garlic and bell pepper with meat.

    Add rest of ingredients and cook about 40 minutes.

    Stir frequently.

    Serve over rice.
