Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomatoes (15 oz.)
  • 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans

Directions

    Brown meat and drain off grease.

    Add onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes.

    Bring to a boil, stirring often.

    Turn down and let simmer until onion, etc. are done.

    Add pork and beans and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
