  • 3 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter margarine
  • 12 cup of chopped green onion
  • 1 12 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed and undiluted
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 12 cups cashews
  • hot cooked rice

Directions

    Combine chicken, butter, green onion, mushrooms, soup, celery, soy sauce and cashews in the crock pot/slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours or until done.

    Serve over rice.
