Crab And Shrimp Casserole

- 2 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. salt (can be decreased)
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients, except the crab and bread crumbs. Return to heat and stir until sauce thickens some.

3Then stir in the crab.

4Remove from heat, pour into greased baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.

5Bake about 25 minutes in a 400° oven (1-quart baking dish).

6Serves 6 to 8.
