  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1 c. light table cream
  • 1/2 c. red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot red pepper sauce

Directions

    Melt one tablespoon butter in saucepan and cook red pepper until soft.

    Add cream, bread crumbs, seasonings, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

    Gently mix in crab meat. Place in casserole and top with a little paprika.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 45 minutes.
