  • 7 whole Eggs, Hardboiled And Peeled
  • 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise, We Prefer Full Fat, Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Grainy Mustard, We Like Miele
  • 2 sprigs Dill
  • 2 sprigs Chives
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Directions

    Roughly chop your eggs. Add them to a mixing bowl with the mayo and mustard, stir until mixed, fold in herbs and season with salt and pepper. Serve. Eat.

    Serving suggestions: as a salad either alone or on a bed of baby lettuce. As Ella suggests, with a spoon or on a split baguette.
