- crabmeat
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- black pepper (optional)
Directions

1Saute green pepper, onion and celery in margarine.

2In mixing bowl, blend herb seasoning, crabmeat, egg, catsup, mayonnaise and pepper.

3Add green pepper, onion and celery.

4Mix well.

5Roll into small balls.

6Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Place balls on cookie sheet.

7Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325°.
