  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 c. grated American cheese
  • 2 c. soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
