- 4 c. milk
- 10 oz. Cracker Barrel natural Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. dark crab meat

2high heat, make a roux sauce, adding milk slowly and stirring constantly.

3Add small amounts of cheese to this mixture until thick.

4Just before serving, add crab meat.
