- 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup pecans (very finely ground)
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
- 1/4 cup jamaican rum
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Directions

1Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, nuts and 1-cup of confectioner's sugar well.

2Add the corn syrup and rum. (mix well).

3Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.

4Put into a tightly covered tin or metal container for at least 12-hours before serving.

5(cookies keep very well for 4-5 weeks).
