  • 2 lbs crabmeat
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon Accent seasoning (MSG)
  • 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce (and seasonings)
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • to taste parsley
  • to taste onion

Directions

    Blend margarine and flour.

    Add onions; cook 10 minutes.

    Add other ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add parsley, cheese and green onions (last).
