- 1 round unsliced loaf sourdough bread
- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 (6 oz.) cans crab, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- hot pepper to taste
Directions

1Slice off the top of the bread round and hollow out the inside, saving the bread and the top.

2Mix together all remaining ingredients and place mixture in the hollowed out bread round. Cover with reserved top.

3Wrap in heavy foil and place on a baking sheet.

4Bake at 250° for 3 hours.

5Before serving, cut up the reserved bread into cubes.

6Place bread bowl on a serving plate and surround with bread cubes.

7Serves 12 to 15.
