  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli (10 oz. each)
  • 3/4 lb. fresh or frozen crabmeat, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c. unseasoned stuffing, moistened with water
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
