Crab-Broccoli Macaroni

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shells
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. Chablis
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 pepper, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 lb. broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab

    Cook macaroni.

    Saute onions and garlic in pan coated with vegetable spray.

    Remove and set aside.

    Melt margarine in pan; add flour.

    Gradually stir in wine.

    Cook until mixture thickens. Remove.

    Gradually stir in milk, basil and dill weed.

    Add onion mixture, pepper, broccoli and crabmeat to sauce.

    Simmer 5 minutes. Combine pasta.
