  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • pinch of sugar
  • tiny bit onion
  • 1 egg
  • 12 to 15 crackers

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, then fold in crab meat and crackers.

    Drop by spoonfuls onto floured pan.

    Sprinkle flour on top of crab cakes.
