- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- onion 1 med.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire white
- beaten egg
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Add 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch and milk.

4Pour sauce over crab.

5Add Worcestershire; fold together.

6Place in refrigerator 3 hours.

7When firm form cakes.

8Dip in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
