- 1 lb. crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. cracker meal
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste (I do not use any salt)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; mix well.

2Shape into cakes.

3Fry in shortening (or oil) until done, browning on both sides.

4Drain on paper towels.
