- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- fat or oil (for frying)
Directions

1Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.

2In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings.

3Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.

4Shape into 6 cakes.

5Fry in hot fat (350°) until browned or pan-fry in little butter or oil until browned on both sides.
