- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 sprigs parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 2 slices bread, soaked in milk
Directions

1Pick through crabmeat and remove shells.

2Try not to break up lumps of meat. Add all ingredients to crabmeat and mix well.

3Form into 6 or 8 cakes.

4Either fry or broil until browned on both sides.
