- 6 to 8 baked potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Bake potatoes.

2Cube with skins on.

3Cook bacon halfway, then combine with potatoes and continue cooking.

4Add cheese and mayonnaise; mix together.

5Put in 9 x 13-inch pan for about 30 minutes at 300°.
