  • 6 to 8 baked potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions

    Bake potatoes.

    Cube with skins on.

    Cook bacon halfway, then combine with potatoes and continue cooking.

    Add cheese and mayonnaise; mix together.
