- 2 slices bread
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Remove crust from 2 slices of bread; break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.

2Pick over 1 pound crab meat, removing any bits of shell.

3Add crab meat to bread; add seafood seasoning, salt, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, baking powder and egg.

4Mix well.

5Shape into patties. Fry quickly in hot shortening until brown.
