- 3 c. cooked crab meat (about 1 lb.)
- 1/3 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- lemon wedges
- tartar sauce
Directions

1In large bowl, break up crab meat into fine shreds; mix in remaining ingredients, except butter or margarine and lemon wedges.

2Divide mixture into 8 portions.

3In 10-inch skillet over medium heat into hot butter or margarine, spoon 4 portions; with pancake turner, lightly flatten portions into patties.

4Fry patties until golden brown.

5Repeat with other 4 portions.

6Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
