  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 c. white bread crumbs, broken up
  • 1 large or 2 small eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard or Old Bay
  • butter or oil
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

    Mix bread, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings.

    Add crab and mix gently to hold lumps.

    If it's too dry, add mayonnaise.

    Form into 6 to 8 cakes.
