Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 1 heaping tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.

2Add crabmeat (drained) and break meat apart gently with fork.

3Toss gently to mix with dry ingredients.

4Start heating the frypan on low heat.

5Add the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, egg and mustard and toss very gently, being careful not to break up the meat, but mix well. Form into 6 cakes.
