- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 3 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Flake crabmeat into large bowl.

2Add bread crumbs, lime juice, egg, Worcestershire, dill and scallions.

3Mix well.

4Shape into eight patties.

5Refrigerate 30 minutes, until firm.

6Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.

7Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until browned.

8Serve with lime wedges.
