- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. wet mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- corn flake crumbs
- 1 c. minced sauteed leeks
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients and add the crabmeat which has been picked over. Gently mix in the crabmeat.

2Form into 6 to 8 crab cakes and cover with corn flake crumbs.

3Fry in a buttered pan until golden.
