- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 c. crab meat
- butter (varies to liking)
- milk (varies to liking)
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes.

2Boil until barely soft; drain.

3Set aside (mashed).

4Saute celery and onion in butter until barely soft.

5Add celery and onion to potatoes.

6Add crab meat and seasoning (seasoning will vary according to taste).

7Form into cakes and place on lightly greased baking sheet.

8Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

9Place under broiler for 1 minute to brown before serving.
