- 1 lb. dungeness crab meat
- 1/2 cup chopped onion and garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- Old Bay seasoning (2 tablespoons or to taste)
- Tabasco - few drops
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)

11. Cook onion and celery in 3 to 4 tablespoons butter - put in bowl

33. Whisk together egg; mustard; W. sauce; seasoning; tabasco and mayonnaise.

4Place crab cakes onto an oiled sheet pan.

5Place in refrigerator over night covered with saran wrap.
