  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay or other seafood seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 slices bread, with crust removed

Directions

    Break bread in small pieces and moisten with a little milk. Mix together and shape into cakes.
