- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- margarine (for frying)
Directions

1Mix bread, seasoning and mayonnaise.

2Add crabmeat; mix gently but thoroughly.

3If too dry add more mayonnaise.

4Cook cakes in frypan until brown, 5 minutes or deep fry.

5Makes 6 crab cakes.
