  • 1 lb of lump crabmeat (you can get it from your local market)
  • 1 pack of old bay crabcake seasoning
  • 1 row of crackers of your choice I used Keebler Club Original Crackers or you can use Panko Bread crumbs
  • 1 Mayo of your choice
  • 1 Olive oil of your choice

Directions

    Add your ingredients enough mayo to make it wet and stick to your crackers

    add light amount of olive oil

    Brown on both sides....

    Game Over!!!

    Now you can either eat with sides of your choice i.e French Fries ...make it into sandwich form with potato bread, lettuce, tomatoes or topping of your choice.
