Ingredients

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp old bay spice
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 16 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    In medium bowl combine all ingredients but olive oil, crab meat, and bread crumbs.

    Fold in crabmeat being sure not to mix to much.

    You want the crab in chunks, not mushy.

    Fold in bread crumbs.

    Make cakes into desired size.

    Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat.

    Add your crab cakes and cook on both sides until golden brown.
