- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 beaten egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute first 6 ingredients until tender in the butter.

2Combine rest of ingredients and add to sauteed mixture.

3Shape into cakes. Roll in flour.

4Brown quickly and cook 5 minutes.
