  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. diced celery
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard (dried)
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 3 or 4 c. soft diced bread (crusts removed)

    Melt margarine; add onions and celery.

    Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
