- 18 thin slices sandwich bread
- 6 Tbsp. softened margarine
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions

1Cut 4 rounds from each slice of buttered bread with a small cookie cutter or glass.

2(Plastic medicine cup is ideal.)

3Place rounds on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400° oven for about 6 minutes; cool.

4May store in a plastic bag, sealed.

5Combine crab, cheese, ketchup, onion and lemon juice.

6Mix well and chill.

7Just before serving, spread crab mixture on each toasted round and place on a serving tray.
