  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 8 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 c. buttered bread crumbs
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Make white sauce of milk, butter and flour.

    Mix all ingredients, pour into a buttered casserole dish.

    Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350° until hot and light brown.
