- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons VEGEMITE
- 310g can red kidney beans, drained
- 425g can tomatoes, chopped
Directions

1Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the onion, garlic, chilli powder and cumin for 2-3 minutes or until the onion is tender.

2Add Vegemite*, beans and tomatoes and cook for a further 10 - 15 minutes or until liquid reduces and the mixture is thick.

3Serve with corn chips.
