- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 c. milk
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 slices bread
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 lb. unpeeled shrimp
- 2 1/2 c. shrimp stock
- 1/2 c. butter
