  • 2 cans (7.5 oz. each) or 1 lb. frozen crab
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 lb. unpeeled shrimp
  • 2 1/2 c. shrimp stock
  • 1/2 c. butter
