  • 1 1/2 c. lump or back fin crab meat
  • 1 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 8 pitted black olives, cut in thin circle
  • oleo and celery flakes
  • cracker crumbs (for topping)
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Arrange alternately in layers in casserole, saving some cheese and all cracker crumbs for topping. Cook with cover on casserole for 30 to 35 minutes.
