- 1 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
- 8 pitted black olives, cut in thin circle
- oleo and celery flakes
- cracker crumbs (for topping)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Arrange alternately in layers in casserole, saving some cheese and all cracker crumbs for topping. Cook with cover on casserole for 30 to 35 minutes.
