- 8 slices bread
- 2 c. crab or shrimp
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 3 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- grated cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Dice 4 slices of bread into buttered baking dish.

2Mix crab or shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper and celery.

3Spread on bread.

4Trim crusts from last 4 slices of bread and place on top. Next, beat the eggs.

5Add milk and pour over the mixture in baking dish.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Then bake for 15 minutes at 325°. Take out of oven and spread soup on top.

8Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
