- 16 oz lump crab meat
- 16 oz imitation crab meat
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 ribs celery chopped
- 1/2 gallon heavy cream
- 1/2 gallon whole milk
- 2 8oz blocks cream cheese
- 1 32oz block Velveeta cheese
- 1 16oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic
Directions

1Melt butter in a large stock pot over med heat

2saute onion and celery in butter until tender

3add crab meat, imitation crab meat and seasonings

4cube cream cheese and add to pot

5after cream cheese is melted add milk and heavy cream

6increase heat to medium high

7cube Velveeta and add a little at a time stirring constantly until all cheese is added and melted

8add cheddar a little at a time stirring constantly until all cheese is added and melted
