- 2 c. raw potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 c. onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes (can substitute dried marjoram or dill)
Directions

1In a large pot, about a 3-quart size, combine potatoes, onion, water and salt.

2Bring to a boil.

3Keep covered about 10 minutes. Add milk, crabmeat, corn, parsley and other seasonings.

4Cook over low heat until piping hot.

5Serves 6 to 8.
