Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. half and half or whole milk
  • 4 or 5 cubed, cooked potatoes
  • 1 lb. cubed bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • several dashes of red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Lightly cook celery and onion.

    Add as much crab as you are lucky enough to catch.

    Heat all ingredients through; cover and let set 15 or 20 minutes.

    You can use oysters and clams with or in place of crab.
