- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 1 c. hot tomato soup
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 large cans crab meat
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften gelatin in cold water.

2Dissolve in hot soup.

3Cool. Beat in cheese and add all other ingredients.

4Pour into mold that has been lightly coated with salad oil or Pam.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Turn out on a bed of lettuce.

7A fish mold makes a very attractive dish.

8For heavy hors d'oeuvres.

9Serve with crackers.
