  • 1 lb. fresh lump crab meat
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix (Kellogg's Croutettes stuffing mix)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 (3 oz.) jar capers
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.

    Place mixture in an 11 x 17 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with capers and Old Bay, bake for 35 minutes.
