- 3 medium zucchini (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. cream or condensed milk
Directions

1Wash and slice zucchini.

2Saute in butter until barely tender, along with green onions.

3Add chicken stock and parsley.

4Puree in blender, adding only half the mixture to blender at a time. Return to saucepan; add Worcestershire sauce and cream.

5Heat to very hot, but not boiling and serve at once.

6Makes 4 servings.
