  • 1 lb. imitation crabmeat
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. Provolone cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • dash of Tabasco
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika
  • lemon

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and refrigerate overnight.

    Next day, add crabmeat that has been sprinkled with 1/2 lemon; put in baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 300° for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.

    Serves about 25 people.
